Questions
About paying
Prices are in US dollars. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout based on your location. Checkout may show the total in your local currency before you pay.
What does it cost after I buy?
Nothing, unless you use more AI than is included. The AI work (writing the narration, the voice, answering your questions) runs on BoomCoins. The 500 included coins cover about one 40-minute chapter from a scanned book, or about an hour of audiobook from a Word file.
After that, packs start at $15 for 1,185 BC. You always see the coin price before anything runs. See what each action costs.
Is there a subscription?
No. The licence is a one-time payment. The only optional subscription is a storage plan, if you want to keep your library longer than 60 days.
Can I control what I spend?
Yes. You see the price of every action before it runs, and you can set a monthly cap, a cap per chapter and a daily cap for questions. Auto top-up is optional: if you use it, you choose the amount (we suggest $25 when you drop below 494 BC) and a monthly maximum.
Can I get a refund?
An unused BoomCoin pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Coins you've used and coins included with the licence aren't refundable unless the law says otherwise. Consumers in the EU and UK also have a statutory right of withdrawal; see the withdrawal policy and the BoomCoin terms.
Is tax included in the price?
Prices are in US dollars. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout based on your location. Checkout may show the total in your local currency before you pay.
